Delphi Survey

Online Foresight Guide

The Delphi Survey Method was invented by Herman Kahn and others to pool expert opinion on a specific topic. It is carried out in a series of rounds, each of which is modified by the results of the previous one. It produces a collective view about likely developments. It is sometimes criticised for stressing consensus over divergence.
